The FGN-SSANU 2009 Agreement is a foundational document defining the conditions of service, salaries, and welfare of non-teaching staff in Nigerian public universities. Because it had not been updated for many years, the federal government and SSANU officially sealed a significantly updated and renegotiated agreement.
