SSANU demands Immediate implementation of 2026 pact, salary arrears
SSANU has called on the Federal and state governments to immediately implement the 2026 FGN/SSANU Agreement, including the approved 35 per cent salary review, improved earned allowances and payment of all outstanding arrears. In a communiqué issued after its 55th NEC meeting at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, the union described the agreement signed on June 29, 2026, as a major achievement and demanded the immediate activation of the Agreement Implementation Monitoring Committee.
